Job Overview:

As our Social Media Marketer, you'll have to manage the posting of various social media platforms. We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence. You'll develop and execute engaging social media strategies, boosting brand awareness, driving website traffic, and ultimately increasing sales. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, brand storytelling, and the ability to generate measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement comprehensive social media plans aligned with our business goals.
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.
  • Run paid social media ads to reach your target audience.
  • Monitor brand mentions, customer feedback, and industry trends on social media.
  • Foster a strong online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages promptly.
  • Track and analyze social media performance, generate reports, and utilize data to optimize strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service) for brand consistency and communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the packaging niche.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their advertising tools.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Strong visual aesthetic and ability to create eye-catching social media graphics.
  • Social media analytics and reporting tools experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
