Customer Support and Sales Specialist

Night Shift (8PM to 5AM)

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
Convert inquiries into sales by addressing customer needs and following up on leads.
Resolve complaints while adhering to company policies and production capabilities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including estimation, design, and shipping, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and special requests.
Provide product information and guide customers in making informed decisions.
Offer feedback to improve customer service processes and overall efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
0–3 years of experience in customer support or sales (packaging industry experience a plus).
Fluency in spoken and written English with excellent phone etiquette.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Tech-savvy, with CRM experience preferred but not mandatory.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
