Job Overview:

We are seeking a confident, English-fluent team member to join our packaging industry project, serving an international customer base. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, driving sales and delivering excellent service. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product details to ensure a smooth and positive experience. This is a night shift position, ideal for proactive problem-solvers who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Convert inquiries into sales by addressing customer needs and following up on leads.

  • Resolve complaints while adhering to company policies and production capabilities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including estimation, design, and shipping, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and special requests.

  • Provide product information and guide customers in making informed decisions.

  • Offer feedback to improve customer service processes and overall efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • 0–3 years of experience in customer support or sales (packaging industry experience a plus).

  • Fluency in spoken and written English with excellent phone etiquette.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

  • Tech-savvy, with CRM experience preferred but not mandatory.

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
